CANCELLATION
Trouble Off the Tee reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. An order could be cancelled based upon incorrect representation of product, incorrect pricing, or incorrect available quantity. In the event of an order cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund for all product(s) being cancelled from the order.

NO WARRANTIES
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults.  Trouble Off the Tee expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained therein. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Trouble Off the Tee, nor any of its officers or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of, or in any way connected with, your direct or indirect use of this Website.

INDEMNIFICATION
By using this site you hereby agree to indemnify, to the fullest extent, Trouble Off the Tee from and against and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising out of in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions of the terms.

ASSIGNMENT
Trouble Off the Tee may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas or the United States District Court in the Southern district of Ohio, both located in Columbus, Ohio for the resolution of any disputes.
